There are no hidden fees or restocking charges – we provide a full refund for all returns.

If 30 days have passed beyond the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. After a return is opened (and you receive a UPS return label), it must be dropped off at your local UPS store within 3 days.

In the event of shipping issues or delays, we provide an immediate full refund if the package is determined lost or undeliverable by the shipping company.

To be accepted for a return, your item cannot be significantly damaged from misuse. If the packaging is discarded, you will need to cover the new packaging and shipping cost.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. A full refund can only be provided once a return is completed (or if a package is lost in transit).

Your refund will be processed when the return is completed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or your original payment method). Depending on your bank/payment method, refunds typically take 1-6 days to fully appear in your account
