If 30 days have passed beyond the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. After a return is opened (and you receive a UPS return label), it must be dropped off at your local UPS store within 3 days.
To be accepted for a return, your item cannot be significantly damaged from misuse. If the packaging is discarded, you will need to cover the new packaging and shipping cost.
Your refund will be processed when the return is completed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card (or your original payment method). Depending on your bank/payment method, refunds typically take 1-8 days to fully appear in your account.
DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS
A return/refund will NOT be allowed if a dispute/chargeback is opened before we get an opportunity to resolve any issues (keep in mind — banks, credit card companies and PayPal will be required to reject your refund, since UPS tracking will indicate proof of shipment). This will result in NO REFUND for your order – no exceptions. We will always provide a full refund if a shipment fails or arrives damaged (or we can re-ship a brand new order, whichever you prefer).
